The project
Two 53-storey residential towers on Jalan Puchong, with 1,199 units over a seven-level podium car park, developed by Kerjaya Prospek Group. Platinum is the top GreenRE rating, and on a residential tower of this density it is won or lost on the envelope and on how air moves through the building.
What the assessment found
The envelope took full marks. Building orientation, façade configuration, glazing selection, external wall materials and window-to-wall ratio together achieved 15 of 15 RETV points. That is the strongest possible result on the credit governing how much solar heat the building has to reject.
Ventilation simulation modelling scored 17.70 of 20, with natural ventilation in common areas taking 2 of 2. Together the naturally ventilated design assessment reached 19.70 of 22.
On energy, artificial lighting achieved 7.83 of 8 and car park ventilation a full 6 of 6. The energy efficiency raw score came in at 54.53, capped to 50 points in the final assessment. The building earned more than the credit allows.
Materials performed strongly: sustainable products took the maximum 8 of 8, with the Concrete Usage Index at 3 of 5.
Outcome
GreenRE Platinum, assessed 15 January 2026 and approved 4 February 2026, at 91.50 of 115 points.
The honest reading of the scorecard is that this building was designed well rather than specified expensively. The points came from orientation, façade and airflow: decisions made on paper, early, that cost nothing extra once taken.

What this building scored, credit by credit
Most consultancies publish a rating and a photograph. This is the assessment itself: awarded against available, criterion by criterion, so you can see where the points came from and where they were left on the table. Assessed under GreenRE Residential Building and Landed Home, RES v3.1, final result 91.50 of 115 points, GreenRE Platinum (assessed 15 January 2026, approved 4 February 2026).
